Learn, Create, Share: Air Crafts

W.A.L.T: Research and learn about a chosen topic. On this slide, is my Learn, Create, Share work. We had to choose a topic to learn and and do a little bit of research on. Basically, something we want or love to learn about. My topic I chose was Air crafts, and how they fly.  We had to choose how we will present our work, and at the end of the day, we share our work to classmates!

W.A.L.T: Find angles in real life, and measure. On this slide, it has 3 pictures that we measured using protractors.

S.T.E.A.M

W.A.L.T: Find out how ramps work. On this slide, It tells you what we did for S.T.E.A.M...RAMPS! We got into groups of 4 and challenged ourselves to make ramps. If you were wondering what S.T.E.A.M stands for, it is Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics.

W.A.L.T: Make a Kahoot using our questions from Scratch. On this slide, it has all the questions we made for our Kahoot. It was about Scratch. Scratch is a Programing/Coding System thats helps you code. Enjoy!

Pet report

W.A.L.T: Write a report. On this slide, is a pet report I wrote. It's about taking care of your pet, and about it's health.

Reading

W.A.L.T: Predict a story just using paragraphs and identifying unfamiliar words. On this slide, is my reading work. It has a paragraph we were given to read and point out the unfamiliar things.

W.A.L.T: Use Scratch and make key points from watching a video. On this slide, we have key points me, Eman and Aaliyah made.

Vocabulary: Week 3

W.A.L.T: define different measurement words. In this vocabulary, Me and my whanau group had to write down a definition of all these words, use them in sentences, and put a picture of it.

W.A.L.T: Collect data and make graphs using Google sheets
This is a weather graph I made with my Ako Whanau Group (Leaning family group.) It was part of stations that we had to do to collect data to make different graphs with. We made a weather graph showing the weather during June 7th to June 22nd. Enjoy!
